Members not attending: Rev. Don Crissinger-Clark, Dorie Oja, Rev. Tom Gard

Ex-Officio Attenders: Rev. Sue Coller

Actions Taken:

*Power Point presentation by Sue “Viability of Presbyteries & Synods”

*Voted to approved funds out of L5069 to cover the costs of the weekly emails that Sue sends out

*Voted and approved to use $3,000 from L5015 to be used to upgrade the Presbytery webiste

*Update on NCD churches

            -Willmar has completed their survey

            -Marshall will be doing their survey the beginning of May

            -Canby, Renville & St. James were still in the process of setting up meetings

*Discussed training someone else to do NCD training. David Poppin might be able to do Litchfield’s NCD. Cost to train another person is $450 plus lodging

*Cost to Litchfield would be $750-$1,000 for David’s stipend plus the $250 fee. Authorized Sue to negotiate

*Request for funds from Mark Chapman for continuing education did not fall under the scope of the committee and was denied

*Discussed Triennial visits. Will get together with COM to define scope of our visits and to review schedules

-Find out from Bea Orada what can be done with the Millenium Account
