Meeting opened with prayer from Deb Klaassen

Dan Smith gave the Devotion and Prayer.

Minutes of Febuary 20 Meeting accepted.

Reviewed Budget and accepted.

Received thank you note from Mission Team to Louisiana.

Received letter from Budget Finance Committee concerning 2009 budget . Submitted a $1,000 increase in year
2008 and 2009 in the Mission Fund catagory. This will increase our budget to $15,000 in 2008 and 2009.

Evangelism Packet will go out in August.

Stewardship will share table with C.E. at May Presbytery.

Camp Scholarships requested for 22 youth,$50 each, Zion Presbyterian-5, Luverne-4, Blue Earth-1, Reading-5, Willmar-5, St Cloud-2.

Synod School Scholarships requested for 3 at $100 each; Dan Smith, Mark Chapman, Amanda Miller.

Christian Education Triennium 2 scholarships requested; Aimie C. Lang-Willmar, Joy VanDerLinden- Lismore. A request of $580 for Triennium Exchange Pins was granted.

Karen Ferkinhoff will conduct a Christian Education workshop in Amboy, and would like to have mileage paid. Granted

Other
Business; Please think of ways we can spend our Penecost money and present at August meeting. It is for Children at Risk.

Sue presented a power point on Communion and Conversation. The surprising declining members in our Presbytery.
